The Grand is a 21-story mid-century modern tower located one block outside the city’s vibrant Power Bet365 lotto reviewand Light District. Sunflower Development Group worked with the National Parks Service to designate Traders on Grand as a historic building. Now designated a Class A+ mixed-use property and rebranded “The Grand “combines 11,000 square feet of commercial and retail space along with 202 multi-family apartment units. Each Bet365 lotto reviewunit features high-end finishes, open floor plans and access to luxury amenities, such as a rooftop pool, elevated dog park and more.
The project was funded through a variety of federal and state incentives, many of which were Historic Tax Credits. Opening in 2018, The Grand promises to be an exciting, profitable addition to the downtown Kansas City community.
